£60000 - £65000 per annum + Additional Company Benefits;

DB Charles Recruitment are working with a client whom they hold a great relationship with and they are looking to hire a new permanent PMO Manager to join the business based in Lincoln.

The business are currently in an excellent position with a number of high performing teams on-site and they hope to attract a candidate excited by the prospect of working with their business.

The role is a permanent position for a PMO Manager, that will report into the Head of Department and they will be responsible for directly managing 3 team leads and the people within those teams. Overall they will be joining a department just shy of 20 people with great plans ahead.

Day to day duties and aspects of the role will include:

• Resource allocation
• People & team management
• Scheduling
• Reporting
• Project management
• Ensuring projects are completed in time and in line with budgets agreed
• Dealing with stakeholders
• Liaising and updating other internal teams
• Plus other adhoc duties

DB Charles have spoken at length with the client on the various skill sets and backgrounds they seek in order to hire, including a number of the below:

• A previous career background as a Project Manager / PMO from IT / Software / SaaS based industry
• Directly involved with SaaS / software implementation projects
• Exposure to the private healthcare industry or NHS would be highly advantageous
• Holder of Prince 2 qualification
• A leader
• Strong working background using MS Excel, SQL or other databases advantageous
• Experience with Project Planning Software
• Fantastic people & communication skills
• Able to commit to a minimum of 2 days a week in the office based in Lincoln

The client is ideally looking to hire at a salary level dependent of experience of between £60,000 to £65,000 per annum with additional benefits and expenses on offer such as private health-care insurance, a cycle-to-work scheme and many others.

The role is from Monday to Friday with working hours of 8:30AM to 5:15PM and important to note, the business have a long term plan of hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office per week along with home working for the other days.
