We’re partnering with a leading membership organisation in the insurance market to find an Policy Manager who can hit the ground running.

This role is perfect for a policy and regulatory specialist with deep knowledge of the London Market, Lloyd’s, GI, and retail insurance, and hands-on experience in underwriting, delegated authority, binders, and compliance. You’ll be driving member engagement and insight across key issues including:

Climate change policy (PRA SS3/19, CSRD, Omnibus Directive)]

Data protection & cyber

Delegated authority, binders & underwriting oversight

Insurance compliance (non-financial misconduct, SMCR, FCA Handbook, motor finance)

Solvency II & solvent exit planning

Lobbying & regulatory engagement with HMT, PRA, FCA

We’re looking for someone with the ability to translate complex regulation into actionable insights, provide strategic context on policy shifts, and engage effectively with senior stakeholders, members, and regulators.
