The Opportunity:

Avantor is seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to be accountable for the long-term strategy, development, ongoing management, and financial performance of the Filtration and Laboratory Consumables product portfolio. We are looking for a candidate with a strong Life Science background.

Job Responsibilities

Portfolio Financial Performance: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as revenue growth, profitability, market share to identify opportunities for mix-shift, product optimization and improvement. Accountable forportfolio financial performance (revenue& profitability performance). Implement initiatives to improve portfolio revenue and profitability performance. Portfolio Strategy: Develop and communicate (with access to support/coaching) the portfolio vision, strategy, and roadmap for Supplier & Avantor Proprietary brands based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals. Align these to key workflows/applications in collaboration with strategic marketing. Supplier Management: Participate in relationship mgt with Strategic/Key suppliers.Manage relationships withmid-tier suppliers.
