Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead Location: Across multiple supported living services in London, Hertfordshire & Essex Contract Type: Full Time, £40k Posted by: P4 Recruitment A respected and expanding supported living provider is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Lead to champion and embed high-quality, evidence-based PBS approaches across its services. Supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs, the organisation promotes person-centred, trauma-informed, and rights-based care that improves lives and reduces behaviours that challenge. This is a key leadership opportunity for a passionate and experienced PBS practitioner ready to shape practice and deliver meaningful outcomes across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and ongoing development of PBS strategies across services.
Conduct functional behavioural assessments and develop person-centred PBS plans.
Support staff understanding of behavioural functions with compassion and dignity.
Deliver training, mentoring, and reflective practice sessions in collaboration with local PBS champions.
Work closely with individuals, families, and professionals to ensure joined-up support.
