As a member of the Post Booking Services team, you’ll be at the heart of the customers journey providing personalised, high-quality post-booking support, demonstrating exceptional service, handling a range of concierge and aftersales tasks with care, precision, and enthusiasm. This is an office-based role offering a competitive salary of up to £28k plus excellent benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with an average of two Saturdays a month.
