Pertemps are currently recruiting Poultry Farm Worker on behalf of our client to work at poultry farm site on the outskirts of Spilsby. This is a seasonal opportunity running from now until September, ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work in an outdoor and farm environment.

Due to the location of the sites, candidates must have their own transport.

What hours will I be working?

Monday to Friday 07:00 – 15:30 30-minute unpaid break Weekend and evening work may be requiredWhat will I be paid?

£12.48 per hour (ages 18–20) £13.24 per hour (ages 21+)Key Duties

Supporting general farm maintenance and housekeeping Assisting with bird welfare and daily care Collecting and grading eggs Maintaining clean and safe working areas Following biosecurity and hygiene procedures Supporting other farm duties as requiredRequirements

Must have own transport due to rural location Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling and heavy lifting Comfortable working in a farm and poultry environment Reliable and able to work as part of a team Flexible to support weekend and evening work when requiredApplicants must not have live poultry or reptiles at home, due to strict farm biosecurity regulations.
