This role will support major transformation initiatives for a UK B2B utilities retail customer, focusing on process optimisation, automation efficiency, and integration across enterprise systems. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to implement scalable, secure, and robust automation in alignment with enterprise standards and UK utilities regulatory requirements. Your Profile Essential Skills / Knowledge / Experience (Up to 10, avoid repetition) Proven hands-on expertise with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
Strong experience integrating with Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM) and Dataverse.
Solid understanding of Azure services: Logic Apps, Functions, APIM, Event Grid, Service Bus.
Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and Microsoft Graph.
Experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Platform ALM is beneficial.
Familiarity with RPA best practices and process mapping.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge / Experience Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation workloads simultaneously.
