We are working with a rapidly growing UK business to recruit an experienced Power Platform & Dynamics Lead to join their technology team at their modern Coventry headquarters.
This role is ideal for a developer and technology leader who enjoys designing, building, and guiding digital solutions across the business. You will lead Power Platform development, support Dynamics 365 initiatives, and drive automation, reporting, and data-driven decision making. You will also mentor junior team members and help define best practice across the organisation.
Responsibilities
Act as the internal expert for Power Platform and Dynamics 365
Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications, workflows, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional solutions
Build intuitive interfaces and interactive dashboards to improve insights and user experience
Manage environments, workspaces, and platforms such as SharePoint and Dataverse
Produce technical documentation and support teams in maintaining solutions
Advise on licensing, governance, and best practice
Mentor junior developers and support capability growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to support digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
Minimum three years experience developing in Dynamics CE / CRM environments
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
Proficient in PowerFX, oData, JavaScript
Knowledge of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server
Experience with application lifecycle management and deployments
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
ITIL v4, PRINCE2, or Microsoft certifications
Experience leading ERP or enterprise-scale digital transformation projects
