This role is ideal for someone who genuinely understands power tools: how they're used, how they differ, and what matters to trades who rely on them daily.About the Power Tool Brand Controller role: This isn't a generic buying job. It's a specialist commercial role centred on power tool performance, brand positioning and customer value.You'll use your product knowledge and commercial instinct to:Manage and grow major power tool brands within our portfolioBuild ranges that truly serve tradespeople and serious DIY customersMake fast commercial decisions in a dynamic, competitive marketInfluence brand strategy across our website, retail stores and national customer baseYour understanding of tools will directly shape customer buying decisions and help keep ITS ahead of the competition.As our Power Tool Brand Controller, your responsibilities will include:Own the commercial performance of your assigned power tool brandsDevelop competitive pricing strategies based on market knowledge and brand positioningNegotiate costs and commercial terms with key suppliers and manufacturersManage stock availability, demand planning and forecastingDeliver against KPIs including sales, margin, stock turn and stock holdingPlan and manage promotions across online and in-store channelsEnsure all product data, specs and classifications are accurate and up to dateIdentify opportunities for bundles, kits, platform add-ons, battery deals and upsellsWork with retail stores to ensure ranges, offers and displays support the customer journeyTo be successful as our Power Tool Brand Controller, it is essential to have:Strong negotiation and supplier-influencing skillsExcellent Excel skills (including pivot tables and data analysis)A commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and act decisivelyConfidence working in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office and internal systemsIt would be great if you had:Experience in buying, category management, sales or a commercial roleExperience working within the tools, hardware or construction industryPractical or hands-on experience using power toolsIf you're a commercially minded, motivated, and looking for an opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing business, then please click APPLY today!No agencies please.JBRP1_UKTJ
