What does PPA Cover involve?

PPA cover allows class teachers time for Planning, Preparation and Assessment by providing classroom teaching cover. As a PPA Cover Supply Teacher, you will teach across different year groups, meaning you may cover lessons in EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

This 'floating teacher' role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to gain experience across multiple primary age ranges.

About the Role

As a PPA Cover Supply Teacher in Retford, you will deliver structured lessons, maintain classroom routines, and support pupils' ongoing learning and development. You will play an important role in ensuring continuity and consistency within the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
