HLTA / PPA Cover - Slough Full-time | ASAP| Long-term until July 2026 | £100-£120 per day (PAYE)

Tradewind Recruitment are working with a large 3-form entry primary school in Slough who are seeking an experienced HLTA or unqualified teacher to provide PPA cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 from now until the end of the academic year.

About the Role: You will take on PPA cover across a range of classes, following teacher plans and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will be confident managing whole classes independently and able to adapt to different year groups and subjects. Responsibilities include:

Delivering engaging lessons to cover teachers' PPA time across the school.

Managing classroom behaviour effectively and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Supporting pupils' learning and progress across a range of subjects.

Working collaboratively with class teachers and the senior leadership team.

Requirements:
