This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher to deliver high-quality PPA cover across the school while supporting staff and pupils in a collaborative environment.

About the Role

As a PPA Teacher, you will:
• Deliver high-quality cover lessons during teachers’ PPA time across all year groups
• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the curriculum
• Support pupils in developing literacy, numeracy, and foundation subject skills
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Monitor pupil engagement and provide feedback to class teachers
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants, and senior leaders
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities and school events

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
• Experience teaching across Key Stages 1 and 2
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and assessment frameworks
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• A reflective practitioner committed to ongoing professional development
• A collaborative and proactive team player
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
