We're Hiring: PPC Manager | Up to £45,000 | Hybrid (London)


Are you a results-driven PPC expert with a passion for delivering outstanding ROI? Our client — a fast-growing, independent digital agency in London — is looking for a PPC Manager to take ownership of key accounts and lead high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.


The Role


You’ll plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns that drive measurable growth for clients. From developing strategies to analysing performance data, you’ll be hands-on in delivering exceptional results — while building strong, long-lasting client relationships.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead day-to-day PPC strategy across Google Ads, Bing, and emerging platforms
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, building trust and delivering strategic insights
  • Optimise campaigns to hit performance KPIs and maximise ROI
  • Collaborate with creative, data, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Monitor industry trends and proactively recommend new opportunities


What You Bring


  • 3+ years’ PPC experience (agency-side preferred)
  • Proven track record managing multi-channel PPC campaigns
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Deep knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, GA4, etc.
  • Analytical mindset with commercial awareness
