I'm looking for a talented Senior Account Director/Associate Director/Account Managers to join the team. You will lead the strategic and creative direction of a portfolio of client accounts, helping to shape compelling programmes and campaigns that drive results. The successful candidate will thrive in an environment that values curiosity, empathy and disruption. Senior Account Director / Associate Director Key Responsibilities
Lead the strategic and creative direction for a portfolio of clients, ensuring the successful delivery of innovative and impactful campaigns. Provide senior-level counsel to clients, including crisis management when needed, ensuring the agency remains agile and responsive to client needs. Drive organic growth by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring long-term client relationships and success. Oversee and direct new business pitches, guiding teams from brief development through to pitch and onboarding. Responsible for financial forecasting, team resourcing, and growth plans for accounts. Contribute to agency-wide initiatives, including people plans, marketing strategies, and client development.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Account Director or Associate Director or if you are an account mgr in a PR agency, with a strong portfolio of client-facing roles. Experience managing accounts with significant budgets and driving account growth. Expertise in consumer brand communications, with a broad understanding of the integrated communications landscape. A creative and strategic thinker with the ability to approach challenges differently and innovatively. Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing teams and delivering best-in-class results.
