Duties & Responsibilities Oversee a varied client portfolio, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships
Review and supervise work produced by junior staff members
Provide coaching and mentoring to less experienced team members
Deliver tailored accounting and taxation advice to clients
Ensure compliance with internal processes and contribute to KPIs and performance targets
