Develop training materials and manage budgets
Deliver training sessions to franchisees and staff
Practice Support & Enablement
Promote tech adoption and process improvement
Create and update practice guidance and user content
Respond to queries and escalate support issues as needed
Maintain relationships with external software and outsourcing partners
