A GP surgery is seeking an experienced and compassionate Qualified Practice Nurse to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in Primary Care. Nurse-led management of chronic conditions
Preventative healthcare, immunisations and cervical cytology
Health promotion and supporting lifestyle change
Clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice
Service improvement, audits and quality initiatives
Teaching, mentor-ship and clinical supervision
Flexible, innovative working to meet service demandsEssential requirements
Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience
Minimum 1 year General Practice experience
Recent community nursing experience
Competence in immunisations, cervical cytology, ear care and minor surgery
Experience managing chronic conditions and working to protocols
Strong communication, leadership, IT and audit skillsBenefits
