We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join a well-established organisation supporting children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) across 11 residential homes in South Wales .

This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with care teams, supporting therapeutic practice and improving outcomes for young people in residential settings.

The Role Provide psychological assessment, formulation, and intervention across multiple EBD residential homes Support and advise care staff and managers on trauma-informed and evidence-based approaches Contribute to care planning, risk management, and therapeutic strategies Work collaboratively as part of a wider multidisciplinary team Travel between services as required
