About the Role An established and growing design & build contractor is looking to appoint a Pre-Construction Coordinator to support the successful planning and mobilisation of projects. Reporting into the Head of Pre-Construction, this role is key to ensuring projects are set up efficiently and effectively from the outset.

Key Responsibilities

Support the pre-construction team in coordinating multiple projects from initial enquiry through to site start

Assist in the preparation of tender submissions, proposals, and cost plans

Coordinate project information, documentation, and design inputs across internal teams

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers during pre-construction phases

Help manage project programmes, timelines, and key deliverables

Identify risks and support value engineering opportunities

*

Ensure a smooth handover from pre-construction to delivery teams
