Precision Grinder Sibert Instruments is an established OEM that has been specializing in the design, manufacture and supply of high-precision industrial machinery to clients worldwide for over 40 years. We are expanding again and looking for a conscientious, detail-orientated Cylindrical Grinder to join our experienced and friendly team.Appropriate training will be provided as necessary. Job Description: The successful applicant will be responsible for the finish grinding of high precision tooling and components to meet micron tolerances from technical drawings. Reporting to the workshop manager, you will demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of our team. The role will also include piece part inspection to a high level of consistency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operation of internal and external grinding machinery. Working from technical drawings to specified tolerances. Inspection of ground parts throughout the manufacturing process. Demonstrate a robust understanding of safety procedures.
