Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts Ltd is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions; Construction, Fit Out, Small Works, Retail, Housing and Maintenance. ? We employ over 250 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland. As part of our continued growth, we are now seeking a Pre-Construction Manager to support our Construction, Housing and Retail division to deliver largescale projects across the UK. Role & Responsibilities As a Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing the bid from tender stage through potential pre-construction agreements and to point of contract award. Reviewing bid documents to develop a bid strategy, to deliver profitable, de-risked, winning bids on time and to the highest quality whilst maintaining external relationships.
