Job Title: Press Operator

Location: Alcester

Pay Rate: £14.12 per hour

Hours: 07:30 – 16:30, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Press Operator to join a busy manufacturing team based in Alcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company offering full-time, ongoing work on a day shift.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operating hydraulic and mechanical press machines safely and efficiently (150 tonne)

* Setting up tools, dies, and materials as required

* Performing regular quality checks on produced parts

* Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues

* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

* Following production targets and deadlines

Requirements:

* Previous experience operating press machines within a manufacturing environment

* Good attention to detail and quality awareness

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Reliability and good timekeeping

* Health & Safety awareness
