Pricing Manager

Strictly Recruitment is seeking a Pricing Manager to join one of our global law firm clients, to support the delivery of value‑focused commercial solutions across their London and European offices. This role sits at the intersection of pricing, financial analysis, and strategic matter management, partnering closely with senior attorneys and business leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, negotiate and implement custom fee arrangements.
• Advise attorneys on value‑based pricing strategies across key practice areas.
• Monitor matter performance, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce clear, actionable deliverables including proposals and financial summaries.
• Use data analytics, technology and AI‑enabled tools to enhance planning and reporting.
• Support strategic initiatives with research, analysis and project coordination.
• Review engagement terms for compliance with internal policies.
• Document best practices and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting, Finance or Economics preferred.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 4+ years in a similar role within professional services.
• Experience in a corporate law firm strongly preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (scenario modelling, data visualisation).
• Familiarity with tools such as Aderant, Iridium, Clocktimizer, Foundation, HighQ, Smartsheet, Power BI or similar.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
