The Role:
Supervise and support children during the afterschool club sessions
Plan and assist with fun, creative, and engaging activities including games, arts and crafts, and outdoor play
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children at all times
Support children with snack time and transitions after the school day
Promote positive behaviour and encourage social interaction
Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a positive environment

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
A positive, patient, and caring attitude

Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare
Reliable and enthusiastic about supporting children’s development
This role is ideal for individuals with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Play Worker, or Childcare Assistant, or those looking to gain further experience working with children.
