Behaviour Mentor - Full Time - Eastbourne

Academics / Term Time Teachers are recruiting for a committed and resilient Behaviour Mentor to work full time (Monday to Friday) within a school in Eastbourne.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in pastoral care and SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) support, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and engage positively within the school environment.

You will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to implement behaviour strategies, provide emotional support, and ensure students receive consistent, structured guidance throughout the school day.

The Role:

Full-time position - Monday to Friday Providing 1:1 and small group behavioural support Supporting pupils with SEMH needs Contributing to the school's pastoral support provision Implementing behaviour management strategies Promoting positive engagement and emotional regulation Working closely with teaching staff and senior leadersRequirements:
