We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary ECT to join a school in Harrow this January in a cover teacher / HLTA capacity . This role offers the chance to lead classes across the primary phase (Reception to Year 6), supporting learning and pupil development while being guided by experienced staff. The Role:
Cover classes across all year groups using teachers planning to support learning.
Work with individual pupils or small groups to promote confidence, independence, and inclusion.
Promote a safe, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment.
Contribute to planning, assessment, and professional development opportunities.
