Role Responsibilities: *Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across all core subjects (English, Maths, Science, and more) *Create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment *Promote a growth mindset and encourage students to reach their full potential *Monitor and track student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback *Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuous improvement and sharing of best practices *Maintain strong communication with parents and guardians through regular updates and meetings *Participate in the wider school community and contribute to extracurricular activities
What We're Looking For: *A Qualified Primary Teacher with a degree and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) *Experience teaching in a primary school setting (ideally within the M1-M5 salary range) *A passion for teaching and making a difference in the lives of children *Strong classroom management skills with the ability to engage and motivate students *Excellent communication and teamwork skills *A proactive approach to professional development *A commitment to safeguarding and child protection
Salary: M1-M5 - Competitive salary dependent on experience
