School Administrator - Organised, Friendly, and Essential to Our Community

We are seeking a highly organised and approachable School Administrator to join our busy and welcoming school office. This is a key role at the heart of our school, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of administrative operations while providing a warm and professional first point of contact for pupils, parents, and visitors.

Empowering Learning have perm and temp jobs covering full time and part time to suit all candidates.

Please note - you must have school experience to work for us.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front office duties, including answering calls, emails, and greeting visitors
Maintain accurate student records and school databases
Support attendance monitoring and reporting procedures
Assist with admissions, enrolment, and general school communications
Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teaching staff
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and school eventsWe're Looking For Someone Who:

Has previous administrative experience (school experience is desirable but not essential)
Demonstrates excellent organisational and time-management skills
Has strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Is proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems
Can work efficiently under pressure and handle confidential information with discretion
