This primary school based in Waltham Forest, London is of 'good' OFSTED and looking for a Deputy Headteacher who can work alongside the Head and other members of the senior leadership team to keep driving the schools values into an outstanding environment for teaching and learning. You must be able to demonstrate: * Consistently excellent classroom practice resulting in high level of pupils enjoyment & progress * Dedication to leading and promoting high quality teaching and learning * The ability to coach, mentor and support colleagues, embedding excellent practice. The ideal candidate will have strong strategic leadership and management skills, with extensive experience in leading and co-ordinating effective and innovative practice across the School.
