About the Role Destination Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in East Finchley. This full-time role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them access learning in a nurturing and structured environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider support team to provide tailored support that meets individual pupil needs. The role may involve supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, assisting children with ASD, ADHD, speech and language needs, or social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
