Job Title: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Autism/ADHD/Challenging Behaviour Location: Liverpool Company: Prospero Teaching Start Date: 3rd September Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent

Role Overview:

Provide consistent 1:1 support to a child with complex SEND needs Implement individualised strategies to support communication, regulation and engagement Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to adapt learning activities and ensure progress Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes positive behaviour Monitor, record and report on the child's progress and behavioural responses

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with children with autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour A solid understanding of SEND and behaviour management strategies Experience supporting pupils in a UK primary or secondary school setting Resilience, adaptability and a calm, professional approach An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one
