The Role

As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching across KS1 and/or KS2, depending on your experience and preference. You will have the opportunity to work in schools that value creativity, strong behaviour standards, and engaging, purposeful learning.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEND and EAL learners
Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively
Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
Contribute to the wider life of the school when required

Candidate Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
A proven track record of effective teaching within a primary setting
Creative, adaptable, and passionate about education
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to deliver consistently high-quality teaching practice
