Primary School Teaching Assistant - Watford

In this role, you will provide vital support to children with complex needs, helping to foster their educational progress, personal development, and overall wellbeing.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a special needs setting or as a care/support worker with young adults, particularly individuals who are pre-verbal.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)/Autism to help children meet their developmental milestones as a Teaching Assistant. Help create a positive and engaging learning environment as a Teaching Assistant. Participate in off-site learning opportunities, supporting the children in varied settings. Build strong relationships with students and staff to prioritise progress as a Teaching Assistant.Requirements:
