Are you a patient and resilient Behaviour Mentor with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Primary SEN Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Lambeth. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support to access learning successfully.

The Role Provide targeted 1:1 and small group behaviour support Work closely with pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD and SEMH Implement behaviour plans and de-escalation strategies Support pupils’ emotional regulation and social skills Liaise effectively with class teachers, SENCO and pastoral staff Help create a calm, safe and engaging learning environment Full-time, long-term opportunity with potential to become permanent The School This welcoming Lambeth primary school is known for its inclusive ethos and strong pastoral support.
