The school is committed to unlocking the potential of every child through tailored learning, structure, and positive relationships.Now, they are looking for a Primary SEN Teacher with experience in supporting pupils with ADHD to join their dynamic and supportive team.What You'll Be DoingAs a class teacher, you'll lead a small group of pupils with ADHD and related needs. You'll plan and deliver engaging, highly differentiated lessons that meet their emotional and academic needs, while creating a structured, supportive classroom environment.Key responsibilities include:Designing and delivering personalised, engaging lessons in line with EHCP targets and developmental levelsSupporting behaviour and emotional regulation through clear routines and therapeutic strategiesCollaborating with SENCOs, therapists, and parents to provide a joined-up approach to supportLeading and mentoring Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants in the classroomMonitoring and assessing progress and adapting approaches to suit individual learning stylesCreating a calm, inclusive environment that promotes confidence, independence, and resilienceWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a proactive and empathetic teacher who understands the unique challenges and strengths of pupils with ADHD and associated needs.
