Must hold QTS Deep understanding of special educational needs, including a wide range of learning difficulties, disabilities, and neurodiverse profiles Skilled in creating and adapting individualised learning plans to meet diverse pupil needs Can use a variety of evidence-based strategies to support progress and engagement Available on a full-time basis
