We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Haringey. This role is ideal for someone who has prior experience working in a school environment and is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs. Day-to-day of the role: Assist in the educational and social development of students under the direction and guidance of the head teacher and SENCO. Provide support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to fully participate in activities. Work with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, as necessary. Assist class teachers with maintaining student records. Support students with emotional or behavioural problems and help develop their social skills. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience working in a school environment, preferably with special educational needs students.
