Aspire People are recruiting **Primary Supply Teachers** to work across a variety of primary schools. This role is ideal for teachers looking for **flexibility**, whether that's day-to-day supply, short-term cover, or exploring long-term opportunities.
We welcome applications from **ECTs and student teachers nearing QTS**, as well as experienced teachers looking to regain work-life balance.
The Role:
* Delivering pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
* Maintaining strong classroom management and engagement
* Adapting teaching style to suit different school environments
* Supporting pupils' learning and progress during teacher absence
* Providing feedback to schools on pupil progress and behaviour

Requirements:
