About the Role
Supply Desk are working closely with a number of Primary Schools across Salisbury and the surrounding areas, who are seeking reliable and enthusiastic supply teachers to support them with both short‑term daily cover and longer‑term placements.
As a supply teacher, you will be covering classes in the teacher’s absence, with all work set in advance. You’ll need to be confident with classroom management, adaptable across year groups, and comfortable stepping into a range of school environments. We can offer you consistent, flexible work and a supportive, honest service.
We also offer a Guaranteed Pay Scheme, providing financial security by guaranteeing pay for a set number of days each week—even if you are not placed.

We Are Looking For Teachers Who:
Are strong classroom practitioners with a good understanding of the Primary curriculum
Can confidently teach across EYFS, KS1, and/or KS2
Are adaptable and happy to work in a variety of school settings
Are committed, professional, and excellent communicators
Hold QTS / are registered with the GTC / ECTs...
