Primary Supply Teachers Watford

Location: Watford and surrounding areas (including Dacorum, Borehamwood, and Rickmansworth)
Salary: £130 £155 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Contract Type: Temporary / Flexible

Supply Desk is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to join a variety of Good to Outstanding Ofsted-rated schools in Watford and the surrounding areas. If youre a qualified teacher looking for flexible, rewarding opportunities, this is the perfect role for you!

The Role:

  • Covering daily or short-term teaching assignments across primary year groups

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining continuity of learning

  • Managing classrooms effectively and ensuring positive behaviour

  • Providing constructive feedback and marking work where required

  • Adapting to different subjects, classes, and school environments

  • Upholding each schools values, ethos, and high standards

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

  • Experienced in classroom management and adaptable to new environments

  • Positive, flexible, and motivated to inspire pupils

  • Committed to maintaining a safe, engaging, and productive learning environment
