As the Year 4 Class Teacher, you will take full responsibility for:

Planning, preparation and delivery of the Year 4 National Curriculum (KS2) across English, Maths, Science and foundation subjects Assessment, marking and feedback, using formative and summative assessment to inform next steps and support progress Teaching Year 4 reading comprehension, writing composition, and maths fluency (including times tables / multiplication facts) Supporting pupils towards age-related expectations using adaptive teaching, scaffolding and challenge Strong behaviour management, positive classroom culture, routines and high expectations Working collaboratively with colleagues on year-group planning, moderation, pupil progress and intervention Inclusive practice for SEND, EAL, pupils eligible for PP, and those requiring targeted support Upholding safeguarding expectations in line with KCSIE / safeguarding responsibilitiesWhat We're Looking For
