Contract: Full Time | Temporary (01/06/26 - End of Academic Year)

Premier Education Ltd are currently working in partnership with a small primary school in the Longnor area who are seeking a committed and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher to take on a mixed Key Stage 2 class from 1st June 2026 through to the end of the academic year.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who enjoys working in a small, supportive school environment, where class sizes are reduced and there is a strong focus on individual pupil progress and personalised learning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to a mixed-age KS2 class, ensuring all pupils are supported to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging KS2 lessons across a mixed-age class
Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Track, assess, and report on pupil progress
Work collaboratively with support staff and school leadership
Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Confidence teaching mixed-age or small class settings (desirable)
Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, proactive, and positive approach
Ability to provide two references covering the last two years of employment history
An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one

Pay

£140 - £170 per day (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
