Candidate Profile Qualified Teacher Status via Teach First or a leading ITT/PGCE provider

Bachelors degree from a Russell Group university

Proven record of high-quality classroom teaching

Interest or experience in leading a subject, phase, or key area across the school

Clear commitment to high standards and reflective classroom practice
