Primary Teacher - Year 4 class

The Role You will take on full class teacher responsibilities for a Year 4 class, including: Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment Marking and providing constructive feedback Tracking pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly Managing behaviour effectively in line with school policy Attending staff meetings and liaising with colleagues and parents where required Preparing pupils for end-of-year expectations and supporting a smooth transition The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 4 experience desirable) Strong classroom management skills A nurturing and adaptable approach Commitment to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning Excellent communication and organisational skills What the School Offers: A friendly and supportive xbpsjku leadership team Well-behaved, enthusiastic pupils A collaborative and welcoming staff culture Good classroom resources A positive and inclusive school ethos This role would suit an experienced KS2 teacher or a confident ECT looking to gain further classroom experience in a supportive setting.
