We’re recruiting a motivated and confident Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive primary school in Greenwich. This is an exciting opportunity for a KS2 teacher who is passionate about preparing pupils for upper Key Stage 2 and beyond.

The Role – Year 5 Teacher

You will take full responsibility for a Year 5 class, delivering engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum. You’ll support pupils in developing independence, resilience, and the key skills needed for their transition into Year 6.

Role Requirements – Ideal Candidate Will:

* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

* Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 5

* Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management

* Plan engaging, differentiated lessons that challenge all learners

* Use assessment effectively to monitor and drive progress

* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff

* Be committed to high expectations and inclusive practice
