The Role Key Responsibilities As a Primary Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners Assess and monitor pupil progress, using data to inform planning and next steps Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of a diverse cohort Work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to maximise pupil outcomes Build strong relationships with parents and carers Contribute to the wider school community, including clubs, trips, and events SEN & Inclusion Focus This role requires a strong commitment to inclusion.
