Job Title: Primary Supply Teacher (Daily / Flexible Work)

Working Hours: 08:30 – 15:30
Hourly Rate: £19.20 – £22.30
Contract: Day-to-Day / Flexible Supply

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Primary Teachers to work on a flexible, daily supply basis in schools throughout Peacehaven. This role offers the freedom to choose when and where you work, as well as the key stages you prefer to teach, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.

The Opportunity:

This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who enjoy variety and flexibility in their work. Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), supply teaching allows you to gain experience across different school settings while maintaining control over your schedule.

You’ll be stepping into classrooms to deliver pre-planned or prepared lessons, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.

Your Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across your preferred primary key stages.
Adapt confidently to new school environments and classroom expectations.
Support pupils with varying learning needs through differentiated teaching.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide feedback to support ongoing pupil progress where required.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Recent experience within UK primary education.
Strong understanding of the national primary curriculum.
A flexible and professional approach to teaching.
An enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply.
