Tradewind Recruitment is delighted to be working with a welcoming and well-regarded Primary School in Woodford, Redbridge, seeking a committed and enthusiastic Year 4 Class Teacher to join their team on a maternity cover basis starting in April or May 2026.

The successful candidate will:

Be a qualified teacher with QTS and experience teaching in Key Stage 2 Demonstrate strong classroom management and a passion for engaging pupils in learning Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute positively to the wider school community Be committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and pupil progress
