Role Overview
Simply Education is seeking a dedicated Primary Teacher for a Bicester primary school. This role involves full class responsibilities, including lesson planning, marking, assessments, and attending staff and after-school meetings. You'll deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 1 and 2, support pupils' academic and personal development, and contribute to a collaborative school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and mark work in line with school policies
- Monitor pupil progress and maintain accurate records
- Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN
- Participate in staff meetings, parents' evenings, and after-school activities
- Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment
Skills & Experience: xbpsjku
- Qualified teacher (QTS preferred)
- Experience teaching primary pupils across multiple year groups
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills
- Ability to plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
- Flexible, proactive, and team-oriented
