Primary Teacher

Location: Lincoln and surrounding areas Contract: Day-to-Day Supply / Part-Time / Long-Term

Pay: £115 - £140 per day (depending on Experience) Start: Ongoing

We are on the look out for dedicated Primary Teachers to work in a range of primary schools across the Lincoln and surrounding areas. Opportunities are available for day-to-day supply, part-time, and long-term placements, offering flexibility to suit your availability and career goals.

This role is suitable for ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and making a positive impact in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and effective lessons across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2.

Follow school policies and adapt quickly to different classroom environments.

Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain high expectations.

Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where required.

Work collaboratively with school staff and support teams.

Ensure safeguarding and welfare of pupils at all times.

Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing ECT induction.

Experience teaching within a primary school setting.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Flexible, reliable and professional approach to teaching.
